Methi Matar Makai
I learnt this recipe from,"Sanjeev Kapoor's-Simply Vegetarian".But I made few changes.
Ingredients:
Fresh Fenugreek Leaves - 1 Bunch
Sweet Corn Kernels 1 Cup
Green Peas 1 Cup
Heavy Cream 1 Cup
Onions 1 finely chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp
Green Chillies 2-3 Finely Chopped
Oil 1 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds 1 Tsp
Garam Masala 1 Tsp
Cumin-Coriander Powder 1 Tsp
Sugar 1 Tsp
Salt as per Taste
Direction:
1.Wash the Fenugreek Leaves under running water.Chopped roughly and keep aside.
2.In Kadai,heat the oil,add cumin seed.When it crackle add onions,ginger garlic paste.And Saute it well till onion become transparent.
3.Now add Cumin-Coriander Powder,Garam Masala,Green Chillies,Green Peas and Sweet Corn kernels,and cover it with lid and cook for 5-6 min till green peas and sweet corn become little tender.
4.Now add Fenugreek leaves,and cook it 4-5 min uncovered.
5.Add heavy cream,sugar,salt.Mix it well.Cover it for 4-5min.
Methi Matar Makai is ready to serve.

Tomato Soup
Ingredients:
4-5 Medium Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Corn Flour
1-2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Coarsely crushed black paper
1 bread slice
2-3 Tbsp oil
Salt as per Taste
Direction:
1.Cut the tomatoes in four parts. Remove the seeds and pulp from that.
2.Put these in Pressure cooker.Cook till 2 whistles.And Allow to Cool.
3. Mean while Cut the bread slice in small square.And shallow fry till it become crispy.
4.Now remove the tomato skin and make fine puree.If necessary add water.
5.In small bowl,take corn flour and add little water.make sure there are no lumps.
6.In vessel,take tomato puree,add necessary water,corn flour,salt,sugar and crushed paper.Boil till it become little thick.
7.While serving add fried breads,fresh cream on top and serve it hot.
Coconut Chutney
I tried Coconut Chutney many times.But it never turned out good.So This time I tried this recipe from my favorite food site vahrehvah.com.
And it turned out with awesome taste.The best ever chutney,I would say.

Coconut Chutney
Khatta Dhokala
Yesterday I made Sponge Dosa.There was lot of leftover dosa batter.I was thinking what can I do with this batter.Then thought of making Khatta Dhokala.And It turned out with fantastic taste.
So,Here is the recipe.
Ingredients:
Sponge Dosa Batter
1-2 Tsp grated Ginger
2 Tsp Finely Chopped Green Chillies
2 Tsp Eno Fruit Salt/Cooking Soda
1-2 Tsp of coarsely crushed Black Pepper Powder
Salt as per Taste
*For Seasoning:
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tsp Mustard seeds
1 Tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 Tsp Asafoetida
Curry leaves ( optional) 8-10
Direction:
1.In Dosa Batter, add green chillies,ginger,eno/Soda and salt as per taste and mix it well.
2.Heat the water in pressure Cooker.Grease the metal plate with oil and pour the Batter.And sprinkle some crushed Black Pepper.
3.Steam it for 15min.
4.Mean while make seasoning.In small kadai take oil,head it then add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,Asafoetida and curry leaves.When it crackle switch off the gas.
5.Once your Dhokala done,cut it in square shapes and sprinkle this seasoning on it .And serve it with Sweet Tamarind Chutney or Green Chutney.

Thalipith
Its Maharashtrian Dish.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Rice Flour
1/4 Cup Wheat Flour
1/4 Cup Gram Flour
1/4 Cup Bajari Flour
1 Tbsp Chilly Powder
1-2 Tsp Cumin Coriander Powder
1-2 Tsp Turmeric
2 Tbsp Oil
1-2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Cilantro
Water For Making Dough
Oil for Shallow Fry
Salt as per Taste
Direction:
1.Mix all ingredients together except water.Make dough by adding water.Make dough little soft than chapati dough.
2.Divide the dough in 5-6 equal balls.
3.On flat surface,take plastic bag.Apply some oil on plastic.Put that dough ball on that.Apply some oil to palm and make thalipith by gently pressing the dough by wet palm.And make 3 -4 small holes on Thalipith
4.Take hot griddle,apply some oil on that.Place the thalipith on hot griddle.
5.Roast the Thalipith on both by adding little oil till it become crispy on the both the sides.
6.Now it is ready to eat.Serve it with Curd or Butter.
P.S.-In this You can add Grated Cucumber,Radish or finely chopped Onion.

Mix Dal Dhokala
This recipe is again my mom's creation.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Rice
1/4 Cup Moong Dal
1/4 Cup Urad Dal
1/4 Cup Chana Dal
1/4 Cup Toor Dal
1-2 Tsp Grated Ginger
2 Tsp Finely Chopped Green Chillies
2 Tsp Eno Fruit Salt
Salt as per Taste
*For Seasoning:
2 Tbsp Cilantro Chopped
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tsp Mustard seeds
1 Tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 Tsp Asafoetida
Curry leaves ( optional) 8-10
Direction:
1.Mix all Dals and rice together.wash it well.Soak in enough water for 7-8 hours.
2.Then Grind this mixture coarsely.Put for fragmentation for 8-10 hours.
3.Once it fragmented, then add Chopped ginger,Green Chillies,Salt as per taste.When you are about to steam the dhokala that time add Eno.
4.Heat the water in pressure Cooker.Grease the metal plate with oil and pour the dhokala batter.And sprinkle some chilly powder.
5.Steam it for 15min.

Instant Jeera Rice
This is my mom's recipe.
Ingredients:
2 Cup Cooked Rice
2 Tbsp Ghee
2 Tsp finely chopped Green Chillies
2-3 Tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Cilantro
Salt as per Taste
Direction:
1.In Kadai,take ghee.Heat it.Then add Cumin Seeds,when it crackle add chopped green chillies and then add cooked rice.Add Salt as per your taste.And mix it well.
2.Garnish it with Cilantro and serve it with Dal Fry.

Corn Bhel
Veg. Cutlet
Ingredients:
2 Potatoes
1 Onion Finely Chopped
1 Carrot Grated
1/2 Cup Green Peas
1/2 Cup Sweet Corn
2 Tsp Finely Chopped Green Chilly
1/2 All Purpose Flour/Maida
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Tsp Cumin-Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tsp Chat Masala
1 Tsp Garam Masala
Salt as per taste
Oil For Shallow Fry
Water as necessary
Direction:
1.Boil the Potatoes till it well cooked.
2.Steam the green peas and corn.
3.Peel the potatoes and smash them with smasher.
4.In Pan,Take 1-2 Tbsp oil.Heat it.Then add finely chopped onions.Saute till it become transparent.Add Ginger Garlic Paste,Green Chilly in it.Saute for 1-2min.Then add Grated Carrot in that Saute again for 2-3min.
5.Now Add This Sauted mixture in smashed Potatoes.Add steamed Green Peas and Corn.Then add Garam Masala,Chat Masala,Cumin-Coriander Powder,Turmeric,Salt and Lemon Juice.And mix all together.And keep it aside.
6.In other bowl,take All Purpose Flour,Salt.And keep adding water till it become little thin batter.
7.Now make small Cutlets of desired shape with Vegetable Mixture.Dip that in thin batter of All Purpose Flour.And shallow fry them on pan.
And Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup.

Chocolate Cake
This Cake is my own Creation.As I'm vegetarian there are very less options for cake.But Still this Egg less Chocolate Cake tastes awesome.
Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 Cup Maida/All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Coco Powder
1 Cup Milk Powder
1 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Cup milk
2 Tbsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Soda
2-3 Tbsp Melted Ghee
Direction:
1.Mix all ingredients together.And Blend it in Blender.Make sure no lumps in it.
2.Preheat the oven for 350F/180C.
3.Apply oil to baking tray.
4.Pour the mixture in baking tray.
Bake the mixture for 20-25 min.

Tamarind Rice
Ingredients:
Cooked Rice 2 Cup
Tamarind 2 Tbsp
Chilly Powder 1-2 Tsp
Turmeric 1 Tsp
Asafoetida 1 Tsp
Dry Red Chilly 2
Jagarry 1 Tbsp
Roasted Peanuts 1 Tbsp
Urad Dal 1-2 Tsp
Chana Dal 1-2 Tsp
Mustard Seeds 2 Tsp
Sesame Seeds 1-2 Tsp
Cumin Seeds 1-2 Tsp
Oil 1-2 Tbsp
Curry Leaves 5-6
Salt as per taste
Direction:
1.Soak the tamarind in little water for 5-7min.
2.In kadai,take oil heat it.Then add Mustard Seeds,Sesame Seeds,Cumin Seeds.When it crackle,add Asafoetida,dry green chilly,Urad Dal,Chana Dal,Roasted Peanut,Curry Leaves.Saute it till urad dal and chana dal turn golden brown.
3.Then add Tamarind soaked in water,Jagarry,Turmeric,Salt,Chilly Powder.And Saute it for 2-3 min.Then add cooked rice in it.Mix it well.Garnish with Cilantro and Serve it hot.

Chilly Paneer
Ingredients:
Green Bell Paper/Capsicum 1 or 2
Tomato 1
Onion 1
Paneer 150gm
2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp Corn-Flour
Green Chilly 2-3
1 Carrot
Chilly Powder 1-2 Tsp
Salt as per taste
Garam Masala 1 Tsp
Oil 2-3 Tbsp
Direction:
1.Cut the Bell Paper,Tomato,Onion in 1 inch square.
2.Cut the Paneer in 1 inch square cubes.
3.Slit the green chillies length wise.And Cut the Carrot Vertically in thin pieces.
4.Shallow Fry the Paneer Cubes in Oil till it turn golden brown.
5.In small bowl,take corn flour and mix it with water.Make sure there should not be any lumps.
6.Now in Kadai,Take oil Heat it.Then add Bell Paper,Saute it for 2-3 min.Add Carrot.
Then add Onion saute it till it become transperent.
7.Add Green Chillies,Garam Masala,Chilly Powder,Salt.And mix it well.
8.Add Paneer Cubes and corn flour mixed water.Add little water.
9.Cook it for 5-7 min.Then add Tomato mix it well.Cover it with Lid for 2min

Lemon Juice 2-3 Tbsp
Curry Leaves 5-6
Salt as per Taste
Cilantro for garnishing.
Direction:
1.In Kadai take oil heat it.

Carrot Kheer
Ingredients:
Grated Carrot 2 Cup
Corn Flour Tbsp
Milk 3-4 Cup
Ghee 2 Tbsp
Cardamom Powder 1 Tsp
Nutmeg Powder 1 Tsp
Sugar 7-8 Tbsp
Cashew Nuts 2 Tbsp
Almonds 2 Tbsp
Direction:
1.In Kadai,Take ghee.Heat it.Then add Grated Carrot.Saute it till it well cooked.
2.In small bowl take corn flour.Add little milk and mix it well.Make sure there are no lumps in it.Keep it aside.
3.Now in that cooked Carrot add Milk,Almonds,Cashew Nuts,Sugar and Corn Flour Mixed Milk.Cook it for 10-15min on medium flame.
4.Then add Cardamom Powder,Nutmeg Powder.And allow to cool it.
5.Serve it chilled.
Baby Corn Pakode
Ingredients:
Gram Flour 2 Cup
Baby Corn 10
Green Chillies Finely Chopped 1 Tsp
Turmeric 1 Tsp
Chilly Powder 1 Tsp
Cumin Coriander Powder 1Tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil for deep fry
Water as necessary
Direction:
1.In bowl mix Gram Flour,Green Chillies,Turmeric,Chilly Powder,Cumin Coriander Powder and Salt.Mix it well.And keep adding water till it become little thick batter.
And keep this aside.
2.Cut the baby corn in 4 verticle slices.
3.Take oil in Kadai,Heat it.
4.Take a baby corn,Dip in batter.And deep fry in oil.
Potato Pakode
Ingredients:

Turmeric 1 Tsp

Veg. Puff
Ingredients:
Puff Sheets 1 Pack
Boiled Carrot 1/2 Cup
Boiled Potato 1 Cup
Boiled Green Peas 1/2 Cup
Boiled Sweet Corn 1/4 Cup
Chopped Onion 1/2 Cup
Chilly Powder 2 Tsp
Garam Masala 1 Tsp
Turmeric 1 Tsp
2 Tbsp Oil
Cumin Coriander Powder 2 Tsp
Salt as per taste
Direction:
1.Keep the baking sheet at room temperature.
2.In pan take oil heat it and add onion.Saute it till it become transparent.
3.Then add all masala i.e. Chilly Powder,Turmeric,Salt,Garam Masala etc.And Mix it well.
4.Then add Boiled vegetables i.e.Potato,Carrot,Green Peas,Corn etc.And mix it well.And make sure there should not be water content.
5.Now Preheat the oven for 400F
6.Unfold the baking sheet.And Cut it as shown in Video.
7.Put all mixed vegetable in sheet and close as shown in Video.And Put it in Oven for 15min.
8.After 15min change the position of Puff that is Upside Down and bake for another 10min.Your Veg Puff is Ready to eat.

Sakhar Bhat
I learnt this recipe from my dear Mom.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Basmati Rice
3/4th Cup Sugar
3 Cup Hot Water
2 Cloves
2 Inch Cinnamon
1 Tsp Cardamom Powder
1 Tsp Nutmeg Powder
2 Tbsp Ghee
1 Tbsp Cashew Nuts
1 Tbsp Almonds
1 Tbsp Raisins
Salt as per Taste
Direction:
1.Wash the Basamati rice.
2.Cut the Cashew Nuts,Almonds in small pieces.
3.In Kadai,take ghee heat is,then add Cashew Nuts,Almonds,Cloves,Cinnamon.Fry till add Cashew Nuts,Almonds become golden brown.
4.Then add rice,and Saute it for 4-5 min.Add hot water.Cook it.
5.When it is almost cooked then add Sugar,Nutmeg Powder,Cardamom Powder.And cover it with lid.And Cook it well.

Lemon Vermicelli
I learnt this recipe from one of my South Indian friends Vasavi.
Ingredients:
200gm Rice Vermicelli
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Urad Dal
1 Tbsp Chana Dal
1-2 Tbsp Peanuts
1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Pinch Asafoetida
3-4 Green Chillies
1 Tsp Turmeric
1-2 Tbsp Oil
5-6 Curry Leaves
Salt as per taste
Direction:
1.Boil the Rice Vermicelli in water.When it cooked.Drain the excess water and keep aside.
2.Slit the green chillies in between.
3.In a Pan add oil,heat it,then add Asafoetida,Curry Leaves,Mustard Seeds,Cumin Seeds,Urad Dal,Chana Dal,Peanuts,Green Chillies.
4.Saute Till Urad Dal and Chana Dal turn Golden.Then add Turmeric.Mix it well.
5.Add Cooked Rice Vermicelli in that,add salt as per taste and add lemon juice.And mix it well.Cover it with lid for 2-3 min.
6.Garnish with Cilantro and serve it.
Veg. Bread Sandwitch
Ingredients:
8 Bread Slice
4-5 Tbsp Butter
4-5 Tbsp Spicy Green Chutney
1 Medium Potato Boiled
1 Tomato
1 Medium Onion
1 Cucumber
1-2 Tbsp Chat Masala
1 Tsp Crushed Paper
Direction:
1.Cut all the vegetables in thin slices.
2.Apply Butter to only one side of bread.
3.Apply Spicy Green Chutney over the butter.
4.Then put each sliced vegetable on a single bread slice.
5.Sprinkle chat masala and crushed Paper over that.
6.And put other Green Chutney and butter applied bread over it.
7.Cut it in Diagonal.And serve with Tomato-Ketchup.
Instant Bread Pizza
Ingredients:
Bread Slice 4
Green,Red,Yellow mixed Bell Paper Cut in 1" square 1 Cup
1 Medium onion cut in square
1 Cup Mozzarella cheese
2-3 Tbsp Butter
1/2 Cup Tomato Ketchup or Tomato Puree
2 Tsp Crushed Paper
1 Tsp Chilly Flakes
Direction:
1..Apply butter to each bread slice at one side of bread only
2.Roast that butter applied slice on pan.
3.Take off the bread slices from pan.Put that on baking sheet.
4.Apply little butter on non-roasted bread slice too.Then apply tomato puree or tomato ketchup.
5.Then put Bell Papers and onion on that.
6.Then spread Mozzarella cheese on top of the bread.
7.Sprinkle crushed paper and chilly flakes on that.
8.Place the sheet in oven at 275F.And bake till cheese melt and turn into golden brown color.(7-10min).
Your Instant Bread Pizza is ready to eat.
Mint-Coriender Rice
Ingredients:
1 Cup Basamati Rice
1/2 Cup Coriander
1/2 Cup Mint
1 Medium Onion finely chopped
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 Lemon Juice
2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
1-2 Tsp Cumin-Coriander Powder
2-3 Green Chillies
2 Tbsp Oil
2 and 1/2 Cup water
Salt as per Taste
Direction:
1.In blender ,Take finely chopped onion,green chillies,Ginger Garlic paste,Coriander,Mint,Coriander-Cumin Powder.And make fine puree.If necessary add water.
2.Wash the rice.And apply lemon juice to washed rice.And keep aside.
3.In pan,take oil,heat it then add cumin seeds,when it crackle add puree.Saute it for 3-4 min.
4.Then add lemon juice coated rice in that puree.Mix it well.Saute it for 5-6min.
5.At this stage,add 2 and 1/2 hot water.And Cook till rice is well cooked.
6.Garnish it with coriander and serve it hot.

Nan-Katai
I learnt this recipe from one of my cousins Trishala.
Ingredients:
4 and 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour/Maida
2 and 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 and 1/2 Cup Melted Ghee
1 Cup Gram Flour/Besan
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Nutmeg Powder
Direction:
1.Preheat the oven for 320F.
2.Mix all ingredients together.Make smooth dough out of it.
3.Make small lemon shape balls.Press it gently.
4.Place it on Baking Sheet.Bake it in oven for 20-25 min.
Spicy Green Chutney
1/2 Cup Mint Leaves
1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves
3-4 Green Chillies
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
Water
Direction:
1.Mix all ingredients together and blend it in blender.
Sweet Tamarind Chutney
1/2 Cup Tamarind
1 Cup Jaggery
1 Cup Dates
2 Cup Water
1 Tsp Chilly Powder
1 Tsp Cumin-Coriander Powder
Salt to taste
Direction:
1.Take the seeds out of the Dates,And Soak the Dates,Tamarind in water for 2-3 Hours.
2.Boil the Dates,Tamarind together.If necessary add water.Then add Jaggery,Chilly Powder,Cumin-Coriander Powder and Salt.
3.Allow the cool the mixture.Then Blend it in blender.
Crispy Okra
Ingredients:
250gm Okra/Bhedi
1 large onion thinly sliced vertically
2 Tsp Chilly Powder
1 Tsp Sambar Powder
1 Tsp Chat Masala
1 Tsp Garam Masala
1 Tsp Turmeric
2 Tsp Cumin-Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Sugar
Salt as per taste
1/2 Lemon Juice
Ingredients:
1.Wash the Okra,Wipe it with cloth.
2.Cut it's head,And cut it vertically in four parts.
3.Preheat the oven at 275F.
4.Place the Okra on baking sheet,And sprinkle oil,And keep it in oven.
5.After 10-15min,Change the position of Okra like upside down.Do the same procedure after every 10-15min till it become crispy from both the side.
6.In a bowl,Take all spices that is Chilly Powder,Turmeric,Sambar Powder,Cumin-Coriander Powder,Garam Masala,Chat Masala,Sugar Salt etc.And mix it well.
7.In a pan take oil,Heat it,add thinly sliced onion and shallow fry it till it become golden brown
8.Then crispy okra in it.And sprinkle mixed spices and lemon juice over it.And mix it well.
Matar Paneer
It's my favorite recipe. I learnt this from my dear mom.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Frozen or Fresh boiled green peas
200gm (7 Oz) Paneer (Ricotta cheese) cut in 1 inch cube
2 Medium Onion finely chopped
3-4 Medium Tomatoes finely chopped
1 Tbsp Cashew Nuts
2 Tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
2 Tsp Cumin-Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Turmeric
2 Tsp Chilly Powder (Red Thai Pepper Powder) If u want spicy u can add more)
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala (Spices Powder from India)
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
Salt as per taste
2 Tbsp oil
Directions:
1. Take oil in a pan and heat it. Then add onion, Sauté it till golden brown color. Add ginger-garlic paste, cashew nuts and again sauté it for 3-4 min.
2. Turn off the gas and allow the mixture to cool. Then blend it till it become fine gravy (paste). Keep this gravy aside.
3. Now blend the chopped tomatoes in blender and make fine puree.
4. Take oil in a pan and shallow fry the paneer cube till it becomes golden brown. Place it on paper to absorb the extra oil.
5. In the same pan, take little oil, add cumin seeds. When it crackles, add gravy. Cook it for 2-3min. Then add tomato puree, mix it well and cook it for 4-5min.
6. Add all spices like - Chilly Powder, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Cumin-Coriander Powder, salt and mix it well. Cover the pan with lid and cook it for 4-5min.
7. Add Boiled green peas, and fried paneer cube. Cover it with lid and cook it for 5-6min.
8. Garnish it with Cilantro and serve it with Chapati/Naan (Indian Bread).

Instant Corn n Peas Pulav
This recipe is my own creation.
Ingredients:
2&1/2 Cup Cooked Plain white Rice
1/2 Cup Boiled Corn
1/2 Boiled Green Peas
2 Tsp Oil
2 Tsp Any Brand Biryani Masala
2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Tsp Finely Chopped Green Chilly
Salt as per Taste
Cilantro for Garnishing
Direction:
1.In Pan take.Heat it add cumin seeds.
2.When it crackle,add chilly,Boiled Corn,green peas and Biryani masala.And mix it well.
3.Then add cooked rice and salt as per taste.And mix it well.
4.Add Cilantro on top of the pulav for garnishing.

Chocalate Chip Cake
Ingredients:
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Unsalted Butter/Ghee
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Grated Dark Chocolate/Chocolate Chip
1 1/2 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Soda
Direction:
1.Mix All Purpose Flour,Powdered Sugar,Baking Powder,Soda.
2.Then add melted ghee/butter.Add milk.And blend it well.Make sure there are no lumps.
3.Add Grated Chocolate/Chocolate Chip on the mixture.And mix it lightly.
4.Preheat the oven for 350F/180C.
5.Grease the oil to baking tray.Pour the mixture in it.
6.Bake the mixture for 20min.Your Chocolate Chip Cake is ready.
Note:In Milk Cake Recipe which I have given earlier, you can add Grated Dark Chocolate/Chocolate Chip and make the same cake.
Sponge Dosa
I learnt this recipe from my sis-in-law.
Ingredients:
3 Cup Rice
1 Cup Urad Dal
1 Cup Rice Flakes/Chirmure/Murmura
Salt to taste
Direction:
1.Wash rice n urad dal.Mix it.And soak it for 10-12hrs
2.Grind it in to fine paste
3.Keep the batter to fragmentation till overnight.
4.Then soak the Rice Flakes/Chirmure/Murmura in water for 15 min.
5.Grind the soaked Rice Flakes/Chirmure/Murmura in blender by adding little bit of water till it turn in to fine paste.
6.Mix this paste with dosa batter.Add salt as per taste.Mix it well.
7.In small Bowl take water, add some salt.mix it.
8.Before making dosa sprinkle this salted water on pan.
9.Pour the batter on make.And make little thick layer.Sprinkle some oil

Dates Cake
Ingredients:
18 Dates
3/4 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Maida
1/2 Cup Oil
1 Tsp Soda
Direction:
1.Mix Dates,Sugar in warm milk.And sock it fot 10-15min.
2.Blend that in blender.
3.Mix all ingredients including dates mixture.Mix it well.
3.Preheat the opven for 350F/180C.
4.Grease the oil to baking tray.And pour the mixture in it.
5.Bake the mixture for 30-40min.And the cake is ready.
Mix Veg. Rawa Idli
Ingredients:
2 Cup Semolina
1 1/2 Cup Yogurt
1 Cup Grated Carrot
1/4 Cilantro
!/2 Cup Green Peas
2 Tsp finely chopped green chilly
2 Tsp Grated ginger
2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Tsp Urad Dal
1 Tsp Asafoetida
1 Tbsp oil
1/4 Tsp Soda
Direction:
1.In pan put oil,Asafoetida,cumin seeds,urad dal.
2. When it crackle add grated green chilly,ginger.
3.Then add Semolina.And roast it till nice aroma comes.
4.Switch off the gas.Allow to cool the mixture.
5.Then add yogurt and all other ingredients except soda.
6.Mix it well. And keep aside for 15-20min
7.Now add soda
8.Grease the oil to idli moulds.And the make the Idlis.
Milk Cake
It is my favourite cake..And I used to make since I was in 10th Std.I learnt this from my aunt.
Ingrediants:
2 Cup Maida/All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Milk Powder
1 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Cup milk
2 Tbsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Soda
2-3 Tbsp Melted Ghee
Direction:
1.Mix all ingredients together.And Blend it in Blender.Make sure no lumps in it.
2.Preheat the oven for 350F/180C.
3.Apply oil to baking tray.
4.Pour the mixture in baking tray.
Bake the mixture for 20-25 min.
Cheese Garlic Toast
This recipe is my own creation.
Ingredients:
4 Bread Slices
2 tbsp grated cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
1tsp crushed paper
1 tsp chilly flakes
Directions:
1.Apply butter to each bread slice at one side of bread only
2.Roast that butter applied slice on pan.
3.In a bowl mix grated cheese,butter,crushed garlic,paper,and chilly flakes
4.Take off the bread slices from pan.Put that on baking sheet
5.Apply that grated cheese on unroasted part of bread.
6.Bake it on 250F till it turn light golden brown color(5-7min)

Palak Chat
The people who are chat lovers..they will definitely enjoy this recipe.
Ingredients:
15 Spinach Leaves
1 Cup Gram flour
1/4 Cup Rice flour
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Chilly Powder
1 Tsp Coriander-cumin seeds powder
1 Tsp Turmeric
1 Cup Curd blended in blender
2 Tbsp Sweet Tamarind Chutney
1 Tbsp Spicy Green Chutney
1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
1/2 Boiled Potato
1 Tbsp sev
1 Tbsp cilantro for garnishing
1 Tsp chat masala
Oil for deep fry
Directions:
1.Wash the spinach leaves under running water
2.In a bowl take gram flour,rice flour,chilly powder,turmeric,Salt,Coriander-cumin seeds powder,add water till it become thin batter.
3.Deep the 1 spinach leaf in this batter and deep fry in hot oil.
4.In curd put 2tsp sugar,1 tsp salt n blend it in blender.
4.In a plate fisrt put palak pakora.n crush it.
5.Add small pieces of boiled potato,curd,Sweet Tamarind Chutney and Spicy Green Chutney
6.add onion,sev and garnish it with cilantro
And your Palak chat is Ready...!

It is my all time favourite sweet dish.
Ingredients:
1 cup Semolina/Suji
3/4 cup Sugar
2-3 Tbsp ghee
1 Tsp Cardamom
5-6 Raisins
5-6 Almonds
5-6 Cashew nuts
1 Tsp salt
3 cup hot water
Direction:
1.Roast the Semolina in pan till nice aroma comes.
2.Add ghee.Gain roast it for 2-3min.and add water
3.Then add all remaining ingredients.
4.Cook covered until it become fluffy(5-7min)

Last Month I came back to United States after finishing 1 n 1/2 month's vacation in India.Thinking in mind that this time I'll surely do some thing in my spare time.So I started going to Liabrary,and reading books..as it's my favourite hobby.While searching for books,I found one interesting book that is "Blogging for Dummies".I started reading this book by curiosity.Then thought of creating blog.And here I started with "My Cooking Experiences"
When a year before I landed to United States.I had lot of time because at that time I was not working.So I started doing different recepies and learning new recepies.This is how My Cooking Experience started.And I would like to share all my recepies with you.I hope you would like it.
