Lemon Rice
Ingredients:
Cooked Plain Rice 2 Cup
Turmeric 1 Tsp
Green Chilly 2 Tsp Finely Chopped
Asafoetida 1 Tsp
Urad Dal 2 Tsp
Chana Dal 2 Tsp
Roasted Peanuts 2 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds 1 Tsp
Cumin Seeds 1 Tsp
Sesame Seeds 1 Tsp
Oil 2 Tbsp
Lemon Juice 2-3 Tbsp
Curry Leaves 5-6
Salt as per Taste
Cilantro for garnishing.
Direction:
1.In Kadai take oil heat it.
2.Then add Mustard Seeds,Cumin Seeds,Sesame Seeds.When it crackle add
Asafoetida,Urad Dal,Chana Dal,Roasted Peanuts,Curry Leaves.Saute it for 2 min
3.Then add Green Chilly and Turmeric.Saute it again for 1-2min.
4.Add Cooked rice,Salt,Lemon Juice.And Mix it well.
5.Garnish it with Cilantro.
